The engine turns Olive Young best sellers into Qoo10 Japan listings: cleaned images, a priced offer, a Japanese title, the right category and brand code, uploaded through the marketplace API. It runs overnight in the cloud. A person only handles orders.

Remove backgrounds from product images automatically.
Apply a pricing formula with fees, FX and average shipping weight built in.
Strip promo tags like "Olive Young Pick" and translate the title into Japanese.
Match category and brand codes, then publish through the Qoo10 API.
Olive Young and Qoo10 Japan organize products differently. One "foundation" category on one side is five on the other. We built the mapping by hand: every category, and more than 800 brands with their Qoo10 brand codes.

Seller dashboard: 5,000 products on sale, the store maximum.
A new Qoo10 Japan store starts with a 500 product cap that rises to 5,000. The engine filled the first 500 in under 30 minutes and kept the store at the maximum as the cap grew.
Claude will replace the rule-based steps where judgment matters: choosing the right category from a product description, writing natural Japanese titles, and flagging claims that marketplace or cosmetics advertising rules do not allow.
We are onboarding a small group of Qoo10 Japan and Joom sellers. Tell us what you sell.
